With 14 years of experience in the HVAC-R industry, Joshua discovered his passion early on while attending the Hermitage High School Technical Center. After getting hands-on experience brazing copper pipes during a training session, he was hooked—going on to graduate at the top of his class and secure a full-time position right out of high school.
Joshua is deeply committed to customer satisfaction, taking pride in helping homeowners regain comfort when their systems aren’t working properly. He finds it incredibly rewarding to turn a frustrating situation into a positive experience by getting systems back up and running efficiently.
His expertise includes diagnosing complex HVAC issues, installing new systems, and mentoring other technicians. Joshua approaches every job with a focus on giving each customer his full attention and delivering the highest level of service.
Outside of work, he enjoys traveling the world with his family and creating lasting memories together.
