Blazer Service would like to welcome you to your new home. Your Heating and Air Conditioning system is warranted against parts failure for 5 years and workmanship defects for 1 full year. Labor on the parts warranty is only covered for 1 year.

In order to activate and validate your warranty we need you to fill out the following information and submit it to us with in 30 days of your closing date. It is very important that we receive this information with in the time frame listed above.
